The studio can complete the full RIBA plan of works from identifying your requirements, writing a brief and undertaking a feasibility study through to the design phase and into construction.
The studio can carry out a client-side project coordination role providing regular updates on job progress, cash burn and updated programme as the project progresses.
Typical services include technical design drawings, planning permissions, building control, placing the works out to tender. Additional project co-ordination roles will include producing a schedule of works, building programme and monthly valuations of the works carried out.
Additional services can include party wall negotiations if appropriate.
The studio was founded in 2015 primarily to give the principle architect, Stephen Perrin the opportunity to break away from the larger corporate practices which dominate most of the London architectural scene.
The studio noticed a need from domestic clients for an architect lead design and process, one which placed the architect in a role of project manager. The aim is to keep a tight connection with the client when proceeding through the construction process; by removing the hand over from architect to contractor the client would maintain a single point of contact from concept through to handover.
